The Opportunity You'll join an innovative, specialist firm at an exciting time in its growth phase and work closely with the Founding Partner to build on the firm's already impressive success story. You'll run the firm's practice management / operations functions and take responsibility for implementing the strategies, systems, people and policies that will ensure the firm continues to thrive and grow. The Employer This firm is currently boutique in size and based in offices in the heart of Sydney CBD. As a relatively new firm, it's already had some incredible success and now the founding partner is looking in put in place the team and the infrastructure needed to grow this firm. With a defined specialisation and a focused growth plan, this Partner is looking for a right-hand person to take over the firm's operations. About you You will offer experience as a leader in Operation or Business Services or Practice Manager in another law firm. Ideally, you will have worked for a firm with a Partnership structure,, and you will definitely understand the demands of working with time-billing, client-facing professionals; You will also offer hands-on experience writing policies and processes and have well-developed people management skills; You'll also be a hands-on doer who is happy to work in a firm that is still growing and get involved at all levels of operations while you grow the function around you.
